Refund Policy – Unopened Products Only

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the shipment, only if the product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refund terms

• The product must be completely unopened.

• The packaging must be intact.

• Once the return is approved, you will receive the warehouse address for shipping.

• Refunds will be made less cancellation fees by law: 5% of the transaction or 30$ (the lower amount).

• Shipping costs (to and from the warehouse) are at the customer's expense.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Opened products

• Used products

• Partially used kits

• Dissatisfaction with results (no performance guarantee)

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Important Notes

• Our warehouse is located outside Israel (China).
  Returns must be shipped independently and paid for by the customer.

• Cancellation fees remain 5% of the transaction, according to Israeli law.

• Failure to collect from a pickup point will result in a 20$ return-shipping fee.

Product Warranty

The product warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not include any damage from improper use.
